Daniel Debow is a SVP at Salesforce.com. He's a seasoned entrepreneur who co-founded and sold Rypple and Workbrain.
Daniel is co-founder and co-CEO of Rypple, a social performance platform that was acquired by Salesforce.com in 2011. Rypple is a social performance management platform that helps Facebook, Gilt Groupe, and other innovative companies recognize great work, run fast, efficient feedback loops, and coach employees to achieve their goals.
Before Rypple, Daniel co-founded Workbrain, a workforce management software company that listed Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Citigroup, and British Airways amongst its more than 250 global clients. Daniel led Workbrain’s sale to Infor for $227m in 2007.

He lives in Toronto with his wife and children and is a big music fan (he plays bass).
