Randy Ai has extensive knowledge across every field of labour and employment law, advising clients from governments to major corporations.
Randy's areas of practice include labour/employment litigation, workplace discipline and termination, workplace policy, human rights, disability law, insurance law, benefits and compensation, unionization issues, competition and solicitation, collective agreements, and interpretation of employment contracts.
Prior to joining Kuretzky Vassos Henderson LLP, Randy worked for an elite corporate/commercial litigation firm in downtown Toronto. As well, Randy has experience working for the Ontario Ministry of Labour and Parkdale Community Legal Services.
In addition to being a lawyer, Randy is an accomplished pianist, and an avid global traveler.
